Day to Day Responsibilities:

·       Review the drawing from customer, understand the demands and can manage customer’s expectation;

·       Follow up the spec review progress, chasing up the process move forward fast;

·       Record the spec ID and share with team, confirm the spec ID for correct order;

·       Deliver solutions to resolve technical issues and escalate to appropriate level if necessary;

·       Negotiate with customer for close technical specifications with customers;

·       Communicated with customer and understand what’s needed of customer;

·       Need to know the knowledge of operate FSM/ASM and upgrade.

·       Follow up new material technical transfer to customer, support customer fix issues in field;

·       Confirm quality compliance with quality team, verify the quality case and follow up improvement;

·       Support team to manage the package which belong to important sample;

Project involved with:

Cover Glass Parts/ Finishing Process development in customers.

Education & Experience:

·       Bachelor degree with Material Engineering, Physics, Chemistry. Master is a plus.

·       2 years working experience in Mobile Phone business, glass finishing industry, cover

·       Fluent English: CET4 or above.
